If so join me for my Alcohol-Free May Challenge where you will be given all of the tools and support that you need to successfully navigate the month of May alcohol-free. As a qualified coach, specialising in helping people to change their relationship with alcohol, I will be your biggest cheerleader and you will be joined by a small group of others, all working towards the same goal.
This is a small group challenge (maximum of 20) so that we can all get to know each other, and support each other without feeling overwhelmed.
