Are you up for a Dry January programme with a difference? Are you ready to prioritise your mind and body after the boozy Christmas months and take part in this small group programme, where you are visible, heard and are guided through the month by a specialist Alcohol-Free Coach who truly has your best interests at heart? This is not about white-knuckling the month and having a drink on the 1st Feb, this is about education, mindset-shifts and connection – meaning that you will not only reap the rewards of an alcohol-free month, but also the learning will set you up for lasting changes (should you wish to make them).

If so join me for my January Alcohol-Free Programme, where you will be given all of the learning, tools and support that you need to successfully navigate 31 days alcohol-free. As a qualified coach, specialising in helping people to change their relationship with alcohol, I will be your biggest cheerleader and you will be joined by a small group of others, all working towards the same goal.

This is about approaching your alcohol-free month, with the right mindset, and finding the joy in the clarity and clear-headedness of alcohol-free living. You are not giving anything up, but you are gaining so much. This is about empowerment, education and choice. 

What’s Included:

  • A 30-minute 1-1 coaching call for every client, so I can understand your specific stumbling blocks and tailor the course to best support you
  • A month of group support in a private / closed Facebook group
  • Daily lives in which I provide essential knowledge which will allows participants to go on a structured journey of leaning and discovery. I share insights, communicate strategies, facilitate learning and equip you with the necessary tools to successfully complete the month alcohol-free. Topics include socialising without alcohol, mindset around alcohol, alcohol and sleep, the science around alcohol and our bodies, our values, self-care and radical self-care, joy, navigating friendships and relationships without alcohol, holidaying without alcohol and so much more.
  • Weekly group coaching calls via zoom where we plan for the week ahead, find strategies to overcome any stumbling blocks and of course, connect and celebrate successes. Expect tears and laughter!
  • Weekly Workshops which include “A Holistic Approach to Being Alcohol-Free”, “Understanding and Overcoming Triggers and Cravings”, “Ambivalence around Alcohol” and “The Deep Reflections and What Comes Next”. The workshops include journaling and an extremely powerful visualisation.
  • Daily Accountability (so I am able to make sure everyone is on track and offer support if needed) – You are never a number in my programmes and I ensure I know where each member is at, and what they need help with
