If so join me for a month long, alcohol-free programme with a difference. Not only are my programmes kept small so that I can support each participant individually, every participant is offered a 30-minute, 1-1 coaching call before we start. This enables me to fully understand where you are are at and fully support you during the month.

We focus on deep-learning so that not drinking is no longer a struggle, but a choice that participants are happy and confident with.

What’s included?

As a qualified coach, specialising in helping people to change their relationship with alcohol, I will be your biggest cheerleader and you will be joined by a small group of others, all working towards the same goal.

A 30-minute, 1-1 coaching call, so I can get to know you, and know how to best support you during the programme. This is unique to Alison Calder Coaching!

Daily live videos giving all of the information needed to successfully navigate the month without alcohol. This includes information on the science of what alcohol actually is and what it does, alcohol and sleep, mindset around taking a break, how to navigate social occasions without alcohol and so much more!

Daily accountability so that I am able to offer guidance and support where needed. This is held in a private / closed Facebook group where you can connect with, and support other participants.

Weekly group coaching calls to enable us to delve into any struggles you may be having and find solutions. The calls are also a wonderful opportunity to celebrate successes and learn from / support fellow participants (remember challenges are small so everyone is able to get the support they need).

Weekly workshops on Overcoming Cravings, Ambivalence around Alcohol, our Values and how they are reflected in our lives, and the Positive Psychology approach to Flourishing (to support you moving forward from the programme). These will be recorded and posted to the group if you aren't able to join live.

        It doesn’t matter what your long-term goals are!

        Some people join just wanting the month off, and some want longer term, alcohol-free living. Often people feel so amazing after the month they decide to carry on for a little longer / a lot longer. We discuss next steps with everyone at the end of the challenge. If you did want to continue on your alcohol-free journey, there is the option to join our Alcohol-Free Club so you won’t be on your own if you don’t want to be.
