My Journey
These two huge life changes were achieved little-by-little during weekly sessions of 1-1 coaching.
Being heard, expressing my fears, working out options and setting goals made the seemingly impossible, possible. My life has changed beyond recognition since doing these two things and I feel happier than I have ever felt.
I truly believe that without the 1-1 coaching I wouldn’t have found the courage within myself to make these changes.
Now as a fully qualified coach with a doubly accredited diploma in Positive Psychology Coaching, I am here to take you on a journey, from where you are now, to where you want to be.

This has given me vast experience in working with people who are looking to change their relationships with alcohol, in addition to an in-depth understanding of mental health.
On a personal level I have been working on my relationship with alcohol for a number of years. I tried many avenues for moderating and taking a break from alcohol and it was group coaching that enabled me to come to the decision that I wanted to stop drinking alcohol altogether and 1-1 coaching that made this goal a reality.
Throughout this process, I have learned a huge amount about alcohol, different methods for changing relationships with alcohol, taking a break from it or stopping drinking completely.
Having personally experienced ‘change’ and undertaking the coaching process, I know first-hand how transformational and life-enhancing good coaching can be. I also know how hard it can feel to be stuck and how daunting it can be to take those first steps towards change. I want to help others to break down those barriers, whatever they may be, and to move forwards towards a happier and more fulfilled life. I am empathic and non-judgmental and I hold a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and find your solutions.
I am also extremely passionate about working with people in the realm of re-discovery and joy. I have personal experience of feeling completely lost, and I have spent the last few years re-building. I have got to know and like myself again, have found out what my true values are and whether my life reflects them. I understand what brings me joy, and how I have fun. I LOVE exploring this with clients, whether this is after they have removed alcohol or for anyone feeling lost and ready to re-discover their wonderful selves.
