We explore the things you do in your life because you should, because you must and because you want to, and discuss whether there are changes that need to be made around your should / have to’s.
We then look at your big dreams, and how these dreams can become part of your day-to-day living.
The session finishes with working out your golden goals, the things that are of the highest importance to you, with a follow up session for further exploration and accountability. You will be sent a workbook prior to the session, so that you can keep a record of all that you have learned, to enable you to refer back, reflect on your findings, and re-do the workshop independently in future, should you wish.
