Through my coaching I provide a safe space for you to be heard, allowing you to explore your thoughts, feeling, hopes, fears and goals. Sessions are led with empathy, are non-judgemental and I will hold you accountable to any goals you set so that real change is achieved. My goal is to look forward to where you want to be and to work with you to get you there.
Work may be done on values, strengths and beliefs to help to determine whether you are living in line with who you really are and the kind of life you really want to live. In addition to this there can often be obstacles in the form of limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns or performance interfering thoughts which can be preventing you from reaching your full potential. Exploration into what these may be and finding solutions to these will form part of the sessions.
The discovery call enables me to learn all about you, I can tell you a little bit more about coaching and what to expect and you can decide whether you think I would be a good fit for you to work with (and vice-versa).
