One to one coaching sessions can be life changing, giving you the space to explore what you really want in order to live a happier, more fulfilled life.

Sessions are a guided conversation in which through questioning, exploration and accountability we work towards setting and reaching your goals.

Coaching is client-led and therefore the aim of the sessions is to guide you to explore what the answers may be to your own questions, or to find the solutions to your own stumbling blocks.

Through my coaching I provide a safe space for you to be heard, allowing you to explore your thoughts, feeling, hopes, fears and goals. Sessions are led with empathy, are non-judgemental and I will hold you accountable to any goals you set so that real change is achieved. My goal is to look forward to where you want to be and to work with you to get you there.

Work may be done on values, strengths and beliefs to help to determine whether you are living in line with who you really are and the kind of life you really want to live. In addition to this there can often be obstacles in the form of limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns or performance interfering thoughts which can be preventing you from reaching your full potential. Exploration into what these may be and finding solutions to these will form part of the sessions.

I truly believe that without having had 1-1 coaching myself I wouldn’t have found the courage to make the changes I have made in my own life.
